Cassoulet in Andorra

Trucked up to a little principality today called Andorra at the request of Max, GoNOMAD’s editor. We have talked about the place for years. The ride through the Pyrenees Mountains was great though it was a grey day. I had a hearty lunch of Cassoulet there, a dish that is very popular here and in Carcasonne. It is made from white beans, pork and sometimes canard confit or duck. Dinner tonight is definitly a salade vert! Posted by Picasa
