Fine Art in Lyons

I have been averaging at least 5 miles a day walking and exploring the places in France I’ve been to. There is no better way to really explore a place than by foot. Lyons has been a great place to wander around, squares and shops and people watching was great. Tomorrow however it is going to rain and I have a special place to explore, the Museum of Fine Arts. I picked up a brochure on my walk to day so I could plan out my visit. Tomorrow I have meetings with Rembrandt, Matisse, Monet, Picasso and Rubens.

I donated two framed 8X10 photos to the Ulster Community College Fund raiser that is taking place back home tonight. I cannot wonder where they will end up. Vincent Van Gogh never sold a painting while alive, now his works drew the highest price ever. Hope the College gets something. Posted by Picasa
