Fusion In Hamburg, Top Asian
Olaf Niemeir is a genius with food, especially Asian food, his passion. I had an amazing meal at Fusion at the Side Hotel last night. Platters of delicious dishes came out of the kitchen and every morsel fantastic. Olaf spent 20 years cooking in Asia and it shows. All ingredients are natural and every bite burst with flavor, one of the best meals I’ve had in a very long time!
