NY Post, Ellen DeGeneres and Richard Mineards

I caught Richard Mineards name today in the NY Post’s Page Six, reporting on Ellen DeGeneres’s sale of her Santa Barbara estate. The estate is 81-year-old, four- acre piece of heaven.
