goulash isn’t an easy task but under the eye of
Chef Andrew,
Claire Mangers manages. At the
Budapest Main Market we had a cooking course and attempted to cook up lunch. Chopping, mixing and laughing was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon in a city that has for centuries developed its own unique cuisine.
