Pizza Capital of the World, Rome

The Romans love to eat and that I can get onboard with. Pizza may have been first made in Naples but Rome has the most pizza joints per capita in the world. There is a famous academy here where just pizza is covered. The pie here is crispy and thin. I maybe crispy after a blow through Le Marche, but the thin is hard to maintain here in the Eternal City.
