It is a rainy blustery day here in
Mid-Coast Maine and that’s alright by me. Most of my traveling is fast moving and no long stays. Here I am anchored much like the boats that bob in the ocean… movement but limited. It feels great to be at a peaceful place and close to the rhythms of a lifestyle that is geared to the sea. Nature is the ruler here and all follow her moods. It will be nice to walk to
Hendricks’s Head Lighthouse and work up an appetite. NE clam chowder is called for when the wind blows and the rain falls.
