Piccola Roma in Annapolis, Tops for Dinner

This was one polite and professional server, funny yet quiet. We ended our night far from the blast of Irish tunes and in one great restaurant. Piccola Roma in Annapolis was fantastic and like Il Portico in Philly it was unusual menus that drew us in. The owner is Silvana Recine Silvestrini and our server was Laura.
