AGI news agency reported that a 22 year old American man was arrested over the weekend in Rome. Seems he decided to bathe in the historic Barcaccia fountain at the foot of the Spanish Steps. His morning shower drew lots of tourists and then the police. Just what we need representing US in Europe, a clean but ugly American.
