Hudson Valley Corn

We wait patiently for the sign to come up every summer. The Hudson Valley grows some of the best corn in the country and we eat alot of it right here in the Valley. The stuff is so sweet that butter isn't needed, of course it sure is good slathered on. Spending a day on the farm soon to see if a piece about corn growing in the Valley leads to something.
