CHE the Man

Go anywhere in the world and you are sure to run into a bearded man with a beret. From Brazil to Hungry I’ve encountered him. Che Guevara’s picture is everywhere. My latest encounter was on the tee shirt of a pro democracy protester in Hong Kong. (picture below) I know the usual info about him but really not all that much.

I bought the book Che by Jon Lee Anderson to gather more knowledge about the man. Anderson covered Central America for Time Magazine and has written for the NY Times, Harper’s and the New Yorker among others. I want to be ready when we next come picture to face.
