I take a lot of pictures when traveling, fortunately with digital I can erase the dogs. I frequently blow through the BBS board on Travelwriters.com and found an interesting link via one of the topics. It concerns your rights to take pictures in the US. A guideline written by Bert Krages II, Attorney at Law was helpful and updated July 2004. It covers topics such as: General Rule, Legal Remedies, and No Right to Confiscate Your Film.
