Men's Health
Got some great health tips today from Esquire magazine. Some of them will go into my mental carry on luggage. The top one is the about the benefits of dark beer. They are filled with flavonoids, as is dark chocolate. They are the antioxidants compounds that decrease blood pressure and likeliness of blood clots. Time to eat fries in Belgium! Next is the fact that coffee can reduce your chances of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s. Thank god I filled my pack with Guatemalan beans last trip. Eating one ounce of nuts a day will lower your risk of cardiovascular disease. Next time I am in Buzious Brazil, I will stock up on Brazilian Nuts. I no longer have to worry about the Fat American moniker; we men are thinner than those in Finland, Germany and the Czech Republic. Better yet now that I’ve started kayaking here at home in the Hudson River Valley, I may never need Viagra. Men who burn at least 200 calories a day have a substantially lower risk of erectile dysfunction. Paddle on my brothers!
